pleadin – pleading – begging or asking strongly for a favor

stuffin – stuffing – herbs cooked inside the turkey

evil grin – a big smile that shows the person is thinking of doing something very bad

heart will race – heart beat is fast

he’s through – finished

grace – a prayer of thanks said before a meal

buddy – friend

disgrace – something shameful

fierce – angry and frightening

mace – a chemical spray used to make attackers eyes water.
